• The mixer can be made with all stainless steel or materials contact part with stainless steel or all carbon steel.

• Interior Surfaces: Mirror polished.

• Discharge: Manual valve or pneumatic valve.

• Safety device：Safety grid on the cylinder. Emergency stop device when the lid is open while the safety grip is not on the cylinder

• Heating function ( optional): Electric heating with jacket for heating transfer oil; Jacket for steam; Jacket for water circulation.

• Cooling function( optional): Jacket for cooling water circulation or equipped together with a chiller.

• Vacuum function( optional): it includes vacuum pump, metal hose, buffer tank and vacuum gauge. Vacuum degree can reach-0.096mpa.

• Other customized function can be discussed.

• Double ribbon structure: The bidirectional outer spiral ribbon + inner spiral ribbon combination design can realize the rapid circulation and tumbling of materials in the barrel, and the mixing is uniform and efficient, especially suitable for lightweight materials such as fibers and flakes.

• Food-grade stainless steel material: All parts in contact with the material are made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, rust-proof, easy to clean, and meets the industry standards of food and health products.

• Single-phase electrical design: According to the needs of Romanian customers, the whole machine is equipped with a single-phase motor and control system, which is suitable for the local 220V power supply environment and is easy to use.

• Optional discharge form: standard butterfly valve or pneumatic gate, the bottom screw discharge structure can also be customized according to the characteristics of the material to improve the discharge efficiency.
