Customizable Design
The ribbon blender can be constructed using either all stainless steel materials or stainless steel parts in contact with the ingredients, or all carbon steel.
Inner Surfaces: Shiny polished.
Release: Hand-operated valve or air-operated valve.
Safety feature: Protective grid on the container. Emergency stop mechanism activates when the cover is open without the safety grip on the container.
Heating feature (optional): Electric heating with a jacket for transferring heat oil; Jacket for steam; Jacket for circulating water.
Cooling feature (optional): Jacket for circulating cooling water or can be paired with a cooling unit.
Vacuum feature (optional): Includes vacuum pump, metal tubing, buffer tank, and vacuum gauge. Vacuum level can reach -0.096mpa.
