We are pleased to announce the successful testing and shipment of a 24L Manual Tilting Vacuum Kneader to a new client in the United States.
This custom-built unit is designed specifically for Silicone Rubber applications. Unlike standard standalone mixers, this machine was supplied as a turnkey solution featuring a comprehensive temperature control package.
Project Highlights:
Temperature Precision: The system includes a Mold Temperature Controller for heating up to 160°C and a Water Chiller for cooling down to 10°C, allowing the client to manage shear heat effectively.
US Compliance: All motors and electrical components were customized for the US 60Hz power standard.
Vacuum Performance: Tested to hold high vacuum levels for effective degassing of silicone compounds.
The machine is now en route to the customer’s laboratory, where it will be used for developing new high-viscosity silicone formulations.
