In the field of polymer and acoustic materials, precision matters. Our customer, a UK-based technology company focused on innovative acoustic polymers, approached Karvil Machinery with a very specific challenge: they needed a compact but powerful mixing machine to combine high-strength glass beads with epoxy resin in small batches.
This type of material is not easy to process. Epoxy resin is sticky and temperature-sensitive, while the glass beads are heavy and abrasive. The client needed a kneader that could not only deliver powerful mixing but also maintain heat control, operate under vacuum, and allow for full discharge of the thick material.
Their team had already done their homework before reaching out. They came with clear technical questions and expected professional, honest responses from the supplier—something Karvil is known for.

From the first messages, we knew this customer had deep technical knowledge and high expectations. They immediately asked:
1. Can the mixer’s blade speed be adjusted?
2. Can the sigma blades rotate both forwards and backwards?
3. Can the mixing chamber be heated to 90–100°C?
4. Can vacuum be applied during mixing to remove air bubbles?
Our answer to all of these was a confident yes. The 10L sigma mixer we proposed could be fully customized with variable frequency speed control, reversible blade direction, a jacketed mixing chamber for external oil heating, and a vacuum system to degas the material during processing.
The client also wanted to ensure our machines met European quality standards.

They asked:
1. Do you have CE certification?
2. Can you provide a material certificate for the stainless steel used?
We confirmed both. All contact parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel, and we provided certificates with material traceability. CE certification was also included in the document package, giving them confidence in compliance and machine safety.
Once we provided the quotation—including machine diagram, specifications, delivery options (FOB and DAP), and all certifications—the client made their decision quickly. Their internal review process was efficient, and they clearly appreciated how transparent and detailed our offer was.
We received a 50% prepayment and moved immediately into production. This client’s decisiveness and clear communication made the collaboration smooth and productive.

1. Machine specifications with all requested functions
2. Diagram for installation reference
3. Warranty terms and lead time
4. Price for FOB Qingdao and DAP prices
5. Confirmation of all documentation and certificates
The customer approved the quote without unnecessary delays and arranged a 50% prepayment so we could begin production immediately.

Step 3: Fast production, delivered ahead of schedule
At Karvil, we always aim to exceed customer expectations—not just in machine quality, but also in timing. This project was no exception. Thanks to our efficient internal coordination, we finished the machine 3 days ahead of schedule.
Before delivery, we did a complete internal test. We checked:
1. Blade speed and direction control
2. Heating jacket performance
3. Vacuum tightness and sealing performance
4. Tilting discharge operation
We take photos and videos of the machine in operation, showing all key functions in detail. These were sent to the client for final confirmation. Once they approved, they sent the remaining 50% payment and we immediately booked shipment.

Step 4: Smooth logistics with door-to-door delivery
The client chose DAP service—they wanted the machine delivered directly to their door in the UK. Thanks to our experienced freight forwarders and trusted UK delivery agents.
We provided:
1. Full tracking information
2. Instructions on unloading
3. Estimated arrival date
4. Contact info for the local delivery team
The only thing the customer had to do was unload the machine—everything else was handled by us. We also provided a tracking number, so they could follow the shipment at each step. This level of convenience was one of the key reasons they chose Karvil.

Step 5: Plug-and-play—no installation required
One common concern for many international customers is installation. But with our 10L lab mixer, there’s no need to worry. The machine was fully assembled, tested, and packaged securely before shipping.
1. Connect the power (415V, 50Hz, 3-phase)
2. Turn on the vacuum and mixer
3. Begin operation
To support their team, we also provided a customized user manual tailored to their model, with instructions for operation, maintenance, and safety tips.
1. How to start and stop the machine
2. How to adjust speed and rotation
3. How to connect heating oil and vacuum
4. Maintenance tips and safety warnings
A happy customer with a smooth experience
The customer expressed their satisfaction not only with the machine, but also with the entire process—from quotation, to production, to shipping, and post-sale support. They appreciated our:
1. Fast and clear replies
2. Detailed testing documentation
3. On-time delivery
4. Honest technical communication
From the beginning to the end, the customer was highly satisfied. In their words, “Karvil didn’t just sell us a machine—they supported us like a partner. Everything was clear, fast, and professional.”
The mixer is now successfully installed and running in their facility. It is being used for material research and small-scale batch production, helping their engineers test and validate new formulations of polymer-based composites.

Why they chose Karvil:
1. Honest, clear technical communication
2. CE and stainless steel certification included
3. Early delivery and full function testing
4. Door-to-door delivery without any customs hassle
5. Plug-and-play setup—no installation required
6. Customized manual and full after-sales support
Looking forward
This project is a great example of how even small-volume custom machines can have a big impact when they are designed right. At Karvil, we don’t just sell machines—we help solve problems.
For this UK customer, what started as a simple inquiry became a smooth and efficient collaboration that delivered results on time and on target.
We look forward to working with them again as their research and production needs grow.
